COVID 19 UPDATE

Most of our services are back to normal.

Our online store is operating as normal and we are despatching daily.

Our Glasgow shop is open. However, for customer and staff safety our shop size is smaller than before the pandemic. Our staff are currently still wearing masks around the workplace as staff absences due to mild Covid cases have given us big challenges in keeping our service levels up. We'd be delighted if you choose to do also wear one whilst in our store although this is no longer compulsory.

Our changing rooms are open again so you can now try on wetsuits and other items once more.

2) Repairs
Our workshop is now accepting repairs again. Suits are still quarantined for several days before work starts though and current turnaround times are 2-3 weeks.

3) Returns
These will be accepted by post and at our Glasgow store. Please see the returns section for instructions on how to do this. 

4) Telephone
We are now working with our full staff team but the phones are very busy. Please bear with us if the phone line is busier than normal.

5) Email
We are currently answering emails as normal. This is the recommended method of communications during this time.

6) Deliveries
Our delivery couriers are operating normally and most orders are being delivered as normal. We are currently despatching Mon- Fri.
